Refunds, Exchanges, & Cancellations
We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for custom orders.
Refunds are not accepted.
Exchanges are only allowed on unopened packages and damaged products. We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost after it leaves our warehouse.
Cancellations for orders not mailed are permitted as long as the item is not a custom order.
Prices are based on the company itself. Please check the store and item for more information on shipping prices.
Shipping times are between 3-5 days.
Times are longer for larger orders or custom orders. In this case, you will be notified via email with a confirmation of shipping times.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate international shipping order. Please check back as we are looking into this possibility.
We ship to the address provided at the time of checkout. Please double check your address before submitting the order. If your order is shipped to the wrong address and it is returned to us, then we will ship it out again at the purchaser's expense.
Undeliverable or Lost Packages:
Again, we ship to the address provided at the time of checkout. Please double check that address before submitting your order.
If a package has been marked "delivered" please check with your local post office. Many times they can help you track your package. Our packages are delivered with tracking numbers. This number is sent to you via email after the package has been mailed.
If a package has been marked "delivered" and cannot be located, we cannot replace the item(s) lost, since the item was sent to the correct address listed on the order.
If the item was mailed incorrectly at the fault of The Crafty B's, then we will re-mail the item(s) in question.
We gladly accept most forms of payment including PayPal and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal or business checks.
